With a degree in HR and Post-Graduation in Management, Margarida is Passioned about People, Projects, Business and Transformation. She has been developing her career journey around experiences / projects that support Teams enablement. With more than 15 years of experience, starting as a consultant, working in different sectors (from banking to Telco) and in the last 10 years having several corporate roles in Human Resources at EDP. Most recently as Head of Learning / Head of EDP University, Margarida as been developing a new learning vision for EDP supported by digital / on-demand experience for employees that continuously supports the need to upskill and reskill and most important, fostering a learning culture.
